Knowledge Base Overview

The Knowledge Base contains several articles which will walk you through how to use various features within the TruNarrative platform. To gain access to the Knowledge Base, please ask your key contacts internally to raise a support desk ticket with your email address so we can set it up.

If you find that the knowledge base is blank when you try to access it, you will need to either request access as outlined above, or you will need to sign in in the top right of the webpage.


Using the Knowledge Base

Once you have activated your account, you will have full access to all the articles available on the Knowledge Base. If you cannot see the article you need immediately, try looking under “see all articles”:
